Posting will become light for a while.

I will finish my Grandpa's Journal. There are only a few more, so I should.

My best friend of 33 years was diagnosed with advanced stage four cancer this weekend. We have a battle to wage and not many bullets. I am numb right now.

Hang in there. Provide what comfort you can.

  2. Thank you, my friend. Sometimes life tosses that fricking curve ball you just can't hit. Hug that Southern Belle of yours. We are all short timers on this piece of dirt.

  4. Oh man, I'm sorry to hear that news. I can't even begin to think about having to deal with that with my friends and family. It's sad that there isn't much you can do except be their for him. Good luck CC.

  6. Your friends are reaching across the Internet to ask for prayers and support. 33 years is how long my parents were married, and how long my sister has been married.

Be a strength and a comfort for her, CC... We got your six.
