Grandpa's journal is enigmatic. Apparently he only needed a few words to spark a vivid memory.
ReplyDeleteHe had to be keeping his journal for his own purposes. Certainly not for posterity.
Do you run across any journal entries that bring up memories of family stories?
A few. I remember the little house and the big house. The big house was the one they lived in when I was little. My understanding is that that house still remains.
ReplyDeleteThere are a few more memories, but unfortunately it begs more questions than answers. I have only one relative left that can answer those. I really need to call him.
