FOB (insert your name here) sucks. Motels suck. Especially when they advertise a free continental breakfast and then cancel it due to lack of interest. I have a coffeepot in the room with cool coffee packs and no sugar or cream. Evidently the help can't read the diagrams and arrows pointing to the lack of leche and sucre.
I do have a microwave and refer, so things could be worse. I stub my foot every time I open the door to get out of the bathroom. However I have a king size bed to romp around in by my self.
So it goes.

Travel for work is fun if you are 23...until you get in trouble for your expense account.
ReplyDeleteTravel for work in general sucks. Frequent flier miles do not make up for it.
I guess in your case all you got was frequent driver miles.
And a serious fuel bill.
ReplyDeleteYou know you and I think a lot alike. I told one of the estimators today that motel life back in the day was fun. Now it's work, eat cafe food, take a shower, watch the tube, fall asleep.
