On a fishing board I frequent there was a major heated discussion on how to find the blinker fluid reservoir on a vehicle. I told them the only experience I had was with a '68 VW. I told them it was on the left side of the radiator. Otherwise I let my mechanic try to find the dang thing.
Hey! After all it is a fishing board!

I never knew there was such a thing as 'blinker fluid' ...let alone a blinker fluid reservoir. I've had blinkers go out, but it was always a bulb or a flasher. I don't think of electrical components as having fluid reservoirs. Dang! I'm older than dirt and still learning new stuff!
ReplyDeletethe really odd thing in the automotive manuals is that they never tell you that you need a left handed screw driver and a metric crescent wrench to install it.
ReplyDeleteIt really pisses me off.
