I have to admit that Phelan scared but intrigued me a bit when I saw her description as a 'death metal homesteader'. But after visiting her at A Homesteading Neophyte, I realized she was good people and putting up with a lot of testosterone from 3 growing boys. Big, Middle, Small. Sounds like a cool country band. Anyway she rides metal and has a link to Girls Gone Trashy. Yeehaw!
